Matt Gosling founded Premium Ag before the 2003 season with a strong work ethic and a simple belief: agronomic advice should be independent, research-backed, and specific to each farm. The company grew quickly.
In 2010, Andrew Clements joined as a partner on a mutual friend’s referral, bringing international grain trading experience and a fresh agronomic perspective from European agriculture. Together, they built Premium Ag into what it is today: a precision agronomy and research firm where data-driven decisions replace blanket recommendations.
Over two decades, the business offerings have evolved, but the focus has sharpened: precision agronomy, variable-rate technology, 4R nutrient stewardship, and applied field research are the core of what Premium Ag delivers. They stay invested in new technology, conduct their own ground research, and keep clients updated through regular newsletters, because a well-informed grower makes better decisions.
